Ingredients

• 2½ ozBourbon
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup
• 8-10Fresh Mint Leaves
• GarnishCrushed Ice

How to make a Mint Julep

1. Fill a julep tin or rocks with fresh ice.
2. Add 2½ oz Bourbon, ¾ oz Simple Syrup, 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with crushed ice.
