Ingredients

• 1½ ozIrish Whiskey
• 1½ ozPickle Brine (chaser)

How to make a Pickleback

1. Add 1½ oz Irish Whiskey, 1½ oz Pickle Brine (chaser) to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a shot.
