Ingredients

• 2 ozScotch
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
• GarnishMaraschino Cherry

How to make a Rob Roy

1. Add 2 oz Scotch, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe or nick & nora glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
