Ingredients

• 1½ ozIrish Whiskey
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• ½ ozGreen Chartreuse
• 1 dashAngostura Bitters

How to make a Tipperary

1. Add 1½ oz Irish Whiskey, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, ½ oz Green Chartreuse, 1 dash Angostura Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
