Whiskey Smash

A shaken cocktail made with Bourbon, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a rocks glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon
• ¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ½ ozSimple Syrup
• 4Fresh Mint Leaves (muddled)

How to make a Whiskey Smash

1. Add 2 oz Bourbon, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup, 4 Fresh Mint Leaves (muddled) to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks glass.
