Ingredients

• 1½ ozIrish Whiskey
• 1½ ozDry Vermouth
• 3 dashesAbsinthe
• 3 dashesAngostura Bitters

How to make a Blackthorn

1. Add 1½ oz Irish Whiskey, 1½ oz Dry Vermouth, 3 dashes Absinthe, 3 dashes Angostura Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
