Ingredients

• 1½ ozScotch
• ¾ ozSweet Vermouth
• ½ ozCherry Heering
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice

How to make a Blood and Sand (Lemon)

1. Add 1½ oz Scotch, ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth, ½ oz Cherry Heering, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
