Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon
• 1 ozFresh Grapefruit Juice
• ½ ozHoney Syrup
• GarnishGrapefruit Peel

How to make a Brown Derby

1. Add 2 oz Bourbon, 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice, ½ oz Honey Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
