• 1½ ozScotch
• ½ ozAmaretto

How to make a Godfather

1. Add 1½ oz Scotch, ½ oz Amaretto to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass.
