Ingredients

• 2 ozRye
• ¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¾ ozHoney Syrup

How to make a Gold Rush (Rye)

1. Add 2 oz Rye, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Honey Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks glass.
