• 2 ozBourbon
• 4 ozGinger Ale
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
• GarnishLong Lemon Peel Spiral

How to make a Horse's Neck

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Bourbon, 4 oz Ginger Ale, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with long lemon peel spiral.
