How to make a Horse's Neck

1. Add 2 oz Bourbon, 4 oz Ginger Ale, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a highball glass.
4. Garnish with long lemon peel spiral.
