• 3 dashesPeychaud's
• 3 dashesAbsinthe

How to make a De La Louisiane

1. Add ¾ oz Rye, ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth, ¾ oz Bénédictine, 3 dashes Peychaud's, 3 dashes Absinthe to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
