Ingredients

• ½ ozBourbon
• ½ ozRye Whiskey
• ½ ozBrandy
• ½ ozCalvados
• 1 barspoonDemerara Syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters
• 1 dashMole Bitters
• GarnishOrange Twist

How to make a Conference

1. Add ½ oz Bourbon, ½ oz Rye Whiskey, ½ oz Brandy, ½ oz Calvados, 1 barspoon Demerara Syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, 1 dash Mole Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with orange twist.
