• 1 ozDry Vermouth
• ¼ ozMaraschino Liqueur
• ¼ ozAmer Picon (or Amaro Ciociaro)
• GarnishMaraschino Cherry

How to make a Brooklyn

1. Add 2 oz Rye, 1 oz Dry Vermouth, ¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur, ¼ oz Amer Picon (or Amaro Ciociaro) to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
