Ingredients

• 2½ ozOverproof Scotch (ignited)
• 2½ ozBoiling Water
• 1 tspSugar
• GarnishLemon peel

How to make a Blue Blazer

1. Add 2½ oz Overproof Scotch (ignited), 2½ oz Boiling Water, 1 tsp Sugar to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a irish coffee mug or heatproof glass.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
