Ingredients

• 2 ozBourbon
• 1 ozAverna Amaro
• 1 dashAngostura
• 1 dashOrange Bitters
• GarnishMaraschino Cherry

How to make a Black Manhattan

1. Add 2 oz Bourbon, 1 oz Averna Amaro, 1 dash Angostura, 1 dash Orange Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
