• 1 ozBourbon
• ½ ozCointreau
• 7 dashesAngostura
• 7 dashesPeychaud's
• GarnishChampagne (top)

How to make a Seelbach Cocktail

1. Add 1 oz Bourbon, ½ oz Cointreau, 7 dashes Angostura, 7 dashes Peychaud's to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a champagne flute.
4. Garnish with champagne (top).
