Sazerac
A stirred cocktail made with Rye Whiskey, Simple Syrup, Peychaud's Bitters, served in a rocks glass.

- 2 ozRye Whiskey
- ½ ozSimple Syrup
- 3 dashesPeychaud's Bitters
- GarnishAbsinthe rinse
- GarnishLemon peel (expressed & discarded)
How to make a Sazerac
- Add 2 oz Rye Whiskey, ½ oz Simple Syrup, 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with absinthe rinse, lemon peel (expressed & discarded).
