• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• ¼ ozCherry Heering
• ¼ tspAbsinthe

How to make a Remember the Maine

1. Add 2 oz Rye, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, ¼ oz Cherry Heering, ¼ tsp Absinthe to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
