• 2 ozProsecco
• 1 ozVodka
• 2 scoopsLemon Sorbet

How to make a Sgroppino

1. Add 2 oz Prosecco, 1 oz Vodka, 2 scoops Lemon Sorbet to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
