• 2 scoopsLemon Sorbet
• 2 ozProsecco

How to make a Sgroppino

1. Add 1 oz Vodka, 2 scoops Lemon Sorbet, 2 oz Prosecco to a blender along with about a cup of crushed ice.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth, with no ice shards left.
3. Pour into a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lemon zest.
