• 1½ ozVodka

• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozPineapple Juice
• ½ ozPassion Fruit Purée

How to make a East 8 Hold-up

1. Add 1½ oz Vodka, ¾ oz Aperol, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Pineapple Juice, ½ oz Passion Fruit Purée to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
