Ingredients

• 1½ ozTequila Blanco
• ½ ozCrème de Cassis
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• GarnishGinger Beer (top)

How to make a El Diablo

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 1½ oz Tequila Blanco, ½ oz Crème de Cassis, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with ginger beer (top).
