Oaxacan Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 1½ ozReposado Tequila
• ½ ozMezcal
• 1 BarspoonAgave Nectar
• 2 dashesMole Bitters
• GarnishOrange Peel

How to make a Oaxacan Old Fashioned

1. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 1½ oz Reposado Tequila, ½ oz Mezcal, 1 Barspoon Agave Nectar, 2 dashes Mole Bitters directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
4. Garnish with orange peel.
