Oaxacan Old Fashioned

A stirred cocktail made with Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Agave Nectar, served in a rocks glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozReposado Tequila
• ½ ozMezcal
• 1 BarspoonAgave Nectar
• 2 dashesMole Bitters
• GarnishOrange peel

How to make a Oaxacan Old Fashioned

1. Add 1½ oz Reposado Tequila, ½ oz Mezcal, 1 Barspoon Agave Nectar, 2 dashes Mole Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with orange peel.
