Ingredients

• 1½ ozBourbon
• ½ ozOrange Curaçao
• ½ ozGrenadine
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ½ ozEgg White
• GarnishAbsinthe rinse

How to make a Millionaire

1. Add 1½ oz Bourbon, ½ oz Orange Curaçao, ½ oz Grenadine, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Egg White to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build foam.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
4. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
5. Garnish with absinthe rinse.
