Ingredients

• 2 ozVanilla Vodka
• ¾ ozPistachio Cream Liqueur
• ⅓ ozAmaretto
• 1 BarspoonBlue Curaçao
• GarnishPistachio Gelato

How to make a Pistachio Martini

1. Add 2 oz Vanilla Vodka, ¾ oz Pistachio Cream Liqueur, ⅓ oz Amaretto, 1 Barspoon Blue Curaçao to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with pistachio gelato.
