Ingredients

• 1½ ozAbsinthe
• ½ ozSimple Syrup
• GarnishCrushed ice
• GarnishMint sprig

How to make a Absinthe Frappé

1. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 1½ oz Absinthe, ½ oz Simple Syrup directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with crushed ice, mint sprig.
