Chartreuse Swizzle

A swizzled cocktail made with Green Chartreuse, Falernum, Fresh Lime Juice, served in a highball (collins) glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozGreen Chartreuse
• ½ ozFalernum
• ¾ ozFresh Lime Juice
• 1 ozPineapple Juice
• GarnishMint Sprig & Grated Nutmeg

How to make a Chartreuse Swizzle

1. Fill a highball (collins) glass with crushed ice.
2. Add 1½ oz Green Chartreuse, ½ oz Falernum, ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice, 1 oz Pineapple Juice directly to the glass, in order.
3. Insert a swizzle stick to the bottom of the glass and spin it between your palms, drawing the crushed ice up through the drink, until a thick frost forms on the outside. Top with more crushed ice.
4. Garnish with mint sprig & grated nutmeg.
