Ingredients

• 2 ozDry Sherry
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1 dashOrange Bitters

How to make a Adonis

1. Add 2 oz Dry Sherry, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1 dash Orange Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe or nick & nora glass.
