Ingredients

• 1 ozGin
• 1 ozSweet Vermouth
• 1 ozGreen Chartreuse
• 1 dashOrange Bitters
• GarnishLemon Twist & Maraschino Cherry

How to make a Bijou

1. Add 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1 oz Green Chartreuse, 1 dash Orange Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lemon twist & maraschino cherry.
