• 2 ozGin
• 1 ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup
• ½ ozCrème de Mûre (drizzle)
• GarnishLemon Wheel & Blackberry

How to make a Bramble

1. Add 2 oz Gin, 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks glass packed with crushed ice.
4. Drizzle ½ oz Crème de Mûre over the top.
5. Garnish with lemon wheel & blackberry.
