• 3 ozStout
• 3 ozChampagne

How to make a Black Velvet

1. Add 3 oz Stout, 3 oz Champagne to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a champagne flute.
