How to make a Snakebite

1. Pour 8 oz Dry Cider, 8 oz Lager, ½ oz Blackcurrant Cordial (optional) slowly over the back of a bar spoon, in the order listed.
2. Take care to keep each layer distinct in a pint or highball glass.
3. Serve without garnish.
