• 2 ozGin
• 1 ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup
• 2 ozSoda Water
• GarnishLemon Wheel

How to make a Gin Fizz

1. Add 2 oz Gin, 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with 2 oz Soda Water.
5. Garnish with lemon wheel.
