Ingredients

• 1½ ozGin
• ½ ozSweet Vermouth
• ½ ozDry Vermouth
• ½ ozFresh Orange Juice
• 2 dashesAngostura Bitters

How to make a Income Tax Cocktail

1. Add 1½ oz Gin, ½ oz Sweet Vermouth, ½ oz Dry Vermouth, ½ oz Fresh Orange Juice, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
