• 1¼ ozAmaro Montenegro
• ¾ ozSweet Vermouth
• GarnishOrange Twist

How to make a MonteNegroni

1. Add 1 oz Gin, 1¼ oz Amaro Montenegro, ¾ oz Sweet Vermouth to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
4. Garnish with orange twist.
