Ingredients

• 1 ozGin
• ½ ozApricot Brandy
• ½ ozFresh Orange Juice

How to make a Paradise

1. Add 1 oz Gin, ½ oz Apricot Brandy, ½ oz Fresh Orange Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
