Ingredients

• 2 ozGin
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup
• 1 ozHeavy Cream
• 1Egg White
• 3 dropsOrange Flower Water
• 2 ozSoda Water

How to make a Ramos Gin Fizz

1. Fill a highball (collins) glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Gin, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup, 1 oz Heavy Cream, 1 Egg White, 3 drops Orange Flower Water, 2 oz Soda Water directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
