Ingredients

• 1¼ ozGin
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ½ ozPassion Fruit Syrup
• ¼ ozOrgeat
• ¼ ozFalernum

How to make a Saturn

1. Add 1¼ oz Gin, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Passion Fruit Syrup, ¼ oz Orgeat, ¼ oz Falernum to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a rocks or tiki glass.
