• 2 ozGin
• ¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup
• 1Egg White
• 2 ozSoda Water

How to make a Silver Fizz

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Gin, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White, 2 oz Soda Water directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
