Silver Fizz

A shaken cocktail made with Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozGin
• ¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¾ ozSimple Syrup
• 1Egg White
• 2 ozSoda Water
• GarnishLemon Wheel

How to make a Silver Fizz

1. Add 2 oz Gin, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¾ oz Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build foam.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
4. Double-strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
5. Top with 2 oz Soda Water.
6. Garnish with lemon wheel.
