Turf Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1½ ozOld Tom Gin
• 1½ ozDry Vermouth
• ¼ ozMaraschino Liqueur
• 2 dashesAbsinthe
• 2 dashesOrange Bitters

How to make a Turf Cocktail

1. Add 1½ oz Old Tom Gin, 1½ oz Dry Vermouth, ¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur, 2 dashes Absinthe, 2 dashes Orange Bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
