Ingredients

• 1½ ozGin
• 1 ozLillet Blanc
• ¾ ozSuze

How to make a White Negroni

1. Add 1½ oz Gin, 1 oz Lillet Blanc, ¾ oz Suze to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a rocks glass.
