How to make a Angel Face

1. Add 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Apricot Brandy, 1 oz Calvados to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
