A stirred cocktail made with Gin, Dry Vermouth, served in a coupe or nick & nora glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozGin
• 1½ ozDry Vermouth
• GarnishLemon peel

How to make a 50/50 Martini

1. Add 1½ oz Gin, 1½ oz Dry Vermouth to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir for 20–30 seconds, until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. Strain into a coupe or nick & nora glass.
4. Garnish with lemon peel.
