Ingredients

• 1 ozGin
• 1 ozSloe Gin
• ¼ ozCrème de Mûre
• 1 ozFresh Grapefruit Juice
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ¼ ozSimple Syrup
• GarnishLemon Twist

How to make a Wibble

1. Add 1 oz Gin, 1 oz Sloe Gin, ¼ oz Crème de Mûre, 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice, ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ¼ oz Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lemon twist.
