Ingredients

• 1 ozGin
• ¾ ozCrème de Violette
• ¾ ozOrange Liqueur
• ¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• GarnishLemon Twist

How to make a Water Lily

1. Add 1 oz Gin, ¾ oz Crème de Violette, ¾ oz Orange Liqueur, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with lemon twist.
