White Lady

Ingredients

• 1½ ozGin
• ¾ ozCointreau
• ¾ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• 1Egg White

How to make a White Lady

1. Add 1½ oz Gin, ¾ oz Cointreau, ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 Egg White to a cocktail shaker.
2. Dry-shake without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white and build foam.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
4. Double-strain into a coupe glass.
