Ingredients

• 1½ ozSloe Gin
• 1 ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ½ ozSimple Syrup
• 2 ozSoda Water

How to make a Sloe Gin Fizz

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 1½ oz Sloe Gin, 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup, 2 oz Soda Water directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
