Sloe Gin Fizz

A shaken cocktail made with Sloe Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• 1½ ozSloe Gin
• 1 ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ½ ozSimple Syrup
• 2 ozSoda Water
• GarnishLemon Wheel & Maraschino Cherry

How to make a Sloe Gin Fizz

1. Add 1½ oz Sloe Gin, 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Simple Syrup to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with 2 oz Soda Water.
5. Garnish with lemon wheel & maraschino cherry.
