A shaken cocktail made with Vodka or Gin, Grapefruit Juice, served in a highball glass.

Ingredients

• 2 ozVodka or Gin
• 4 ozGrapefruit Juice
• GarnishSalt rim

How to make a Salty Dog

1. Add 2 oz Vodka or Gin, 4 oz Grapefruit Juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a highball glass.
4. Garnish with salt rim.
