Ingredients

• 1¾ ozGin
• ½ ozDry Sherry (Fino)
• ½ ozFresh Lemon Juice
• ½ ozRich Simple Syrup
• 2 dashesOrange Bitters
• GarnishGrapefruit Twist

How to make a London Calling

1. Add 1¾ oz Gin, ½ oz Dry Sherry (Fino), ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice, ½ oz Rich Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Orange Bitters to a cocktail shaker.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, until the tin is frosted and well chilled.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
