• 2 ozGin
• ½ ozFresh Lime Juice
• GarnishSoda Water (top)

How to make a Gin Rickey

1. Fill a highball glass with fresh ice.
2. Add 2 oz Gin, ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice directly to the glass, in order.
3. Stir gently once or twice to combine without knocking out the carbonation.
4. Garnish with soda water (top).
